shipping & returns

All orders are shipped via Canada Post from Chilliwack, BC. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated by the carrier based on size, weight, and delivery location. We are not responsible for any duty or tax charges on international orders.

Local pick up is available in Chilliwack at our shop. You will receive an email with pick up location and times within 2 business days of placing your order. Pick up orders will be ready within 1 business day. 

All sales of vintage items are final. If you have any questions about a product or require further details, please contact us before placing your order. New products in original unused condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Excludes beauty products, food items, undergarments, and sale items. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
