Refunds

All sales of vintage and preloved items are final. If you have any questions about a product or require further details, please contact us before placing your order at hello@shopfraserandco.com.

New products in original unused condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Excludes beauty products, food items, undergarments, and sale items. Any holiday gift purchases will be valid for exchange until January 14, 2023.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
